Der SV Germania hielt kürzlich in seinem Vereinsheim seine etwas verspätete Jahreshauptversammlung für 2022 ab, die unter den Spätfolgen von Corona gesehen wurde.
Nach einer Schweigeminute zum Gedenken an die leider verstorbenen Mitglieder Rolf Zeller; Herbert Pilgrim und Reinhold Amann zu der sich die Anwesenden von den Plätzen erhoben, ging Vorstand Holger Conrad über zum Punkt „Ehrungen“. Da dieser Punkt bei der letzten Hauptversammlung wegen Corona auf die heutige verschoben wurde sind die Ehrungen etwas zahlreicher. So wurden geehrt: für 25 Jahre Mitgliedschaft Bernd Keller; Karl-Heinz Klein; Gerhard Feikes und Holger Conrad; für 40 Jahre Manfred Nirk; Jutta Keerl; Marlies Häusler und Ingrid Schiemann; für 50 Jahre Heinz Schütt; für 60 Jahre Otto Kohfink; Werner De Coninck, Rudi Weißkopf und Peter De Coninck. Für 75 Jahre Vereinstreue – ein besonderes Jubiläum auf das der Verein stolz ist – wurden geehrt: Manfred Schwemmer; Walter Hirsch und Manfred Reiner!

Rückblickend auf die letzten 2 Jahre stellte Vorstand Holger Conrad fest, dass trotz des Wegfalls unserer Haupteinnahmequellen wie Pferdemarkt und Bierdorf wir mit einem blauen Auge durch die Corona Zeit gekommen sind. Die in den Jahren davor gebildeten Rücklagen und das Sparen an allen Ecken sind dafür entscheidend gewesen.. Im Namen der Vorstandschaft bedankte er sich bei allen Trainern; Betreuern und Spielern, die teilweise auf Ihre Aufwandsentschädigungen verzichtet haben und somit Verständnis für die Sparmaßnahmen hatten.
Nachdem die Corona Restriktionen nun aufgehoben sind, musste leider festgestellt werden, dass einige Jugendtrainer und auch Spieler keine Lust mehr hatten. So kam es leider immer öfter zu personellen Engpässen. Aber nicht nur bei der Jugend fehlen Helfer sondern auch bei unseren Aktivitäten wie Bierdorf oder Pferdemarkt.
Leider sieht es momentan auch sportlich nicht gut aus. So steht zur Halbzeit der Saison unsere Erste in der Landesliga auf Platz 13, das am Ende den Abstieg bedeuten würde. Der Abstand zum ersten Nichtabstiegsplatz beträgt „nur“ 2 Punkte. Gleiches gilt leider auch für unsere Zweite. Auch Sie steht z.Zt. in der Kreisliga A auf einem Abstiegsplatz. Beide Mannschaften brauchen also eine bessere Rückrunde um die Klasse zu halten, sind aber unisono guter Dinge dies zu schaffen..
Da wir auch zukünftig sehr sorgfältig mit unseren Mitteln umgehen müssen, können und werden wir auch im sportlichen Bereich – das langsam nicht mehr tragbare Ausmaße annimmt – nicht über unsere Verhältnisse leben.
Zum Abschluss seines Berichts bedankte sich Conrad bei der Vorstandschaft des Fördervereins für die Unterstützung der Jugend; bei den Schiedsrichtern, die für Germania pfeifen: bei allen Trainern und Betreuern für Ihre geleistete Arbeit; selbstverständlich auch bei den Sponsoren und Gönnern sowie den Verantwortlichen der Stadtverwaltung für deren Unterstützung. In der Hoffnung auf eine weiterhin gute Zusammenarbeit dankte er seinen Vorstandskollegen, Mitarbeitern und Helfern im Verein.
Jugendleiter Stefan König konnte trotz der bereits erwähnten personellen Engpässe – leider mussten dadurch ausgerechnet die „Bambini“ wegen Trainermangels vorübergehend den Trainings- und Spielbetrieb einstellen – auch Positives berichten. Da Inzwischen ein Bambinitrainer gefunden wurde, sind durchgehend von den Bambini bis zur A-Jugend wieder 11 Mannschaften am Start, die von 19 Trainern und – ganz besonders schön – einer Trainerin betreut werden.
Es gibt einschneidende Veränderungen in der Jugendleitung, so König weiter. Sein langjähriger 2. Jugendleiter, mit dem er vertrauensvoll zusammenarbeitete scheidet aus seinem Amt, was sehr bedauerlich ist. Für seinen unermüdlichen Einsatz bedankte sich König mit bewegten Worten unter großem Beifall. Ebenfalls unter Beifall stellte sich Thomas Gunzer als Nachfolger vor!
Zum Abschluss seiner Rede bedankte sich der Jugendleiter besonders beim Förderverein (ohne dessen Hilfe „wir buchstäblich im Abseits stehen“ würden), seinen Jugendtrainern und –Betreuern sowie den Vorstandskollegen.
Kassiererin Heike Edelmann unterrichtete mit Hilfe einiger Grafiken über die Finanzen im Verein, die einen positiven Saldo aufweisen. Der Verein hat keine Schulden trotz der bereits erwähnten Probleme durch Corona. Mit dem Dank an alle Helfer sowie den Platzkassierern schloss Sie Ihren Bericht.
Von den Kassenprüfern Michael Böhringer und Marcus Herter wurde von einer ordnungsgemäßen Kassenführung berichtet und die Entlastung empfohlen, die von Ehrenvorstand Heinz Schütt -nachdem er sich für die Berichte bedankt hatte – vorgenommen und von der Versammlung einstimmig angenommen wurde.
Gewählt wurden jeweils einstimmig: 2. Vorstand Oliver Häusler (wie bisher); 2. Vorstand Mathias Schmid (wie bisher); Kassier Heike Edelmann (wie bisher); Spielleiter Claudio Ferrara (wie bisher); 2. Jugendleiter Thomas Gunzer (für Holger Singer). Geschäftsführer: da sich nach dem Ausscheiden von Alex Schmid niemand für dieses Amt gefunden hat, wurde es – nach dem einstimmigen Votum der Versammlung – nicht besetzt bzw. vertagt auf die nächste Hauptversammlung.
Im letzten Tagesordnungspunkt „Sonstiges“ übergab Mitglied Karl-Heinz Klein unter Beifall ein Kuvert mit einer Spende für die Jugend. Manfred Nirk zog mit dem gleich Betrag nach. Dafür bedankte sich Vorstand Holger Conrad ganz herzlich. Nachdem keine Meldungen oder Fragen vorlagen schloss der Vereinschef die harmonisch verlaufenen Versammlung.
