Der SV Germania Bietigheim veranstaltet bereits zum 16.mal das Bierdorf am Viadukt das mittlerweile ein etabliertes Musikevent geworden ist. Die Besucher können sich ab Freitag den 07. Juni auf Musik der Spitzenklasse freuen und dabei auf leckeres von der Germanenküche und viele verschiedene Biersorten zurückgreifen.

Wie die letzten zwei Jahre zuvor dürfen die Lokalmatadore Ivanhoe das Bierdorf eröffnen. Mit zwei Änderungen in der Besetzung arbeitet Ivanhoe aktuell an der neuen Scheibe „Blood & Gold“ die im Herbst veröffentlicht wird. „Zwischen den vielen Studio Terminen ist ein Live Auftritt immer wieder auflockernd und trägt zu Inspiration bei“ so Giovanni Soulas, Kopf der Band. „Vor allem in der Heimatstadt Bietigheim vor so tollem Publikum macht es riesigen Spaß“ fügte er noch hinzu.

Im Anschluss an Ivanhoe starten The Jack mit Songs aus drei Jahrzehnten Heavy Rock von AC/DC wie „Highway To Hell“, „TNT“, „Let there be Rock“ oder „The Jack“ . Den Wurzeln des Rock verpflichtet fegen The Jack wie Feuerteufel über die Bühne und machen damit ihren Idolen alle Ehre. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem „i“ bei jeder Show ist der Song „It´s a long way to the Top“ der mit dem Dudelsack präsentiert wird. 

Nach sehr guter Resonanz im vergangenen Jahr übernimmt am Samstag die insgesamt 11-köpfige „All Style Groove Band“ kurz ASGB, bestehend aus einer Rhythmusgruppe, einem Bläsersatz, sowie einer Sängerin und zwei Sängern. Ihr breit gefächertes Repertoire reicht von Rock, Pop, Funk, Soul, Klassikern zum Mitgrooven bis hin zum deutschen Schlager. ASGB steht für handgemachte Musik ohne Netz und doppelten Boden!

Am Sonntag ab 11 Uhr gibt es einen musikalischen Frühschoppen mit Vocal Variety. Gegründet wurde Vocal Variety aus talentierten Musikern im Jugendalter die moderne und klassische Stücke der Popularmusik in akkustischem Gewand arrangiert. Von klassischen über altbekannte Stücke wie „Hallelujah“ bis hin zu modernen Pop-Songs wie „Shake it out“ (Florence and the Machine) oder „If I lose myself“ (OneRepublic) bietet Vocal Variety ein breit gefächertes Repertoire mit Instrumentalbegleitung – vom Klavier. Musikalischer Leiter Michael Kelleni aus Freudental freut sich auf das Engagement am Viadukt.

Den Abschluss am Sonntagabend bilden Rabbit Food die erst im April Ihr 15-jähriges Bestehen gefeiert haben. Das abwechslungsreiche Programm umfasst neben typischen Rock-Klassikern der 70er und 80er Jahre auch zahlreiche Rock ’n‘ Roll Nummern sowie etliche modernere und aktuelle Rock- und Popsongs der letzten zwei Jahrzehnte. Trotz oder gerade wegen der noch recht jungen und entsprechend motivierten Besetzung verstehen es die fünf Musiker, ihr Publikum durch eine energiegeladene Bühnenperformance nicht nur zu unterhalten, sondern auch mitzureißen.
